While I am by no means a fashion connoisseur, I do know that as a retailer, it does a rather great job of offering up chic yet wearable fashion options. And although I do love perusing the fashion section, when I’m shopping, there’s really only ever one thing on my mind: beauty.
As more and more high-street stores amp up their beauty offerings, it is & Other Stories that sets the bar. In fact, in the past, when other brands offered up little more than budget hand creams at till points, & Other Stories had a whole collection of beauty goodies on offer. When it launched in 2013, it had enlisted cult perfume brand Byredo’s founder, Ben Gorham, and world-renowned makeup artist Lisa Butler to consult on its fragrance, skincare and colour offerings. Seven years later and things just keep getting better and better. With pretty packaging, great product efficacy and super-impressive price tags, there’s little I can fault.
