admin Chanel and W Magazine threw an epic dinner party Thursday night at New York City’s Indochine restaurant to celebrate the publication of the “Sofia Coppola Archive: 1999-2023.”
The 488-page text is not only special because it’s the filmmaker’s first book, but it’s also being released in a limited print run. Celebrity friends gathered to honor it accordingly — in a wardrobe dominated by Chanel, of course.
Most guests ditched bright colors for the occasion, save for Elle Fanning’s outfit, which featured touches of red, and Coppola’s own pale yellow dress. Chase Sui Wonders wore a tweed set in one of Coco Chanel’s favorite colors: black. Laura Dern sported a monochrome maxi frock adorned with a print of the French luxury house’s logo and symbolic camellia flower.
