New Balance reveals LOSC Lille fourth kit

FEBRUARY 3RD 2023 – New Balance has revealed a brand new LOSC Lille fourth kit for the current 2022/23 season.

The new kit pays homage to Lille’s heritage as the northern powerhouse city within the French textile industry. Commemorating this rich history is the clean ecru colourway of the kit, which symbolises the colour of raw cotton.

Featured on the shirt is a unique graphic depicting a compass pointing north, finished with LOSC Lille’s iconic red and navy club colours.

The devil is in the finer details of the kit, with detailing on the back neck spelling “nous sommes le nord”, translating to “we are the north”, proudly celebrating the iconic club’s position in the region.

Timothy Weah, Team New Balance Athlete, LOSC Lille and U.S. Men’s National Soccer star, said: “I can’t wait to put on this jersey and run out with pride in front of the incredible fans of this historic club.”

New Balance has applied cutting-edge design technology across all 22/23 jerseys to ensure superior performance. Developed using innovative NB Dry technology, the brand’s innovative material that wicks away moisture, the jersey will help keep players fresh and dry from the first to the final whistle.

General Manager of New Balance Football, Kenny McCallum said: “We’re thrilled to have created a jersey that odes not only to the prestigious history of LOSC Lille but also recognises the city of Lille’s impact in this famous region, all whilst utilising the latest New Balance innovation.”

On-sale from 4th February at 09.00am GMT, the New Balance LOSC Lille fourth kit will be available from LOSC stores and selected retailers in France.
