Texan men’s wear label Mizzen+Main continues its expansion across the state with the opening of additional retail locations in Houston and San Antonio.
The new openings see Mizzen+Main operate a total of five brick-and-mortar locations, including stores in Dallas, Austin, and Fort Worth.
Ryan Kent, president of Mizzen+Main, said in a statement: “We have strong brand awareness in our home market, so expanding our retail presence in other Texas cities makes a lot of sense.”
Designed in collaboration with architecture firm Bergmeyer, the new stores focus on product discovery and consumer engagement and feature a series of touchpoints that aim to enhance connection to the brand.
“With a large percentage of our customers based in Texas, we want to do everything we can to make it easy for them to find men’s clothing that they love,” added Kent.
Richard Ross, creative director for Mizzen+Main, concluded in a statement: “We want to help our customers feel unaffected by what is stereotypically imposing and oppressive architecture. This new store design provides a unique in-person experience that allows you to cross the threshold and become fully immersed in that feeling.”
Originally launching in 2012 with the ‘The Best Damn Dress Shirt,’ Mizzen+Main has expanded its range over the years to include bottoms, outerwear and golfwear.
