Ever since announcing her engagement to Prince Harry, the world’s eyes have been fixed on Meghan Markle — and her style. We’ll be following the Meghan Markle Effectwith our column, “Meghan Markle Wore a Thing.”

To attend a Vancouver Canucks hockey game in Canada on Monday, Meghan Markle continued her minimal styling streak with a monochromatic look, centered around a sleek cashmere wrap coat from Max Mara — giving onlookers yet another example of her expertise in chic outerwear.

According to the site Meghan’s Fashion, the Duchess of Sussex paired the designer cover-up with a crewneck top from Bleusalt (a brand she keeps in consistent rotation) and boot-cut trousers from Altuzarra. Markle looped a Bottega Veneta woven belt around her waist to maintain the cinched effect of her coat.

Markle finished it off with several pieces of dainty gold jewelry from Cartier, including the brand’s signature small Juste un Clou necklace, Love bracelet and Gold Tank Française watch. The former actor also wore an evil-eye bracelet from Lorraine Schwartz.
