Mega Mega Projects is a multi-label full-service brand development agency that specializes in jewelry. We combine public relations, sales, and digital strategy to grow brands in today’s digital world. We are looking to hire a VIP Relations Coordinator to handle all celebrity stylist relationships and projects.
Responsibilities
● Manage all VIP Celebrity Stylist relationships and communicate with them regularly to foster relationships and ensure top placements
●Track and send all celebrity placements
● Share top celebrity placements with relevant contacts to gain further exposure and additional placements
● Create and monitor a calendar of all upcoming events, premieres, and award shows and pitch contacts accordingly
● Keep celebrity stylist contact list up to date
● Assist PR Director on day to day tasks and projects
● Assist PR Director on fine jewelry brands
● Help plan seasonal Press Preview and invite all VIP contacts
● Manage inventory for assigned clients
Requirements
● 2+ Years of PR and VIP Relations experience
● Existing, strong relationships with top celebrity stylists
● Awareness of the existing and up and coming talent. Pulse on the pop culture industry and knowledge of who clients should be targeting
● Experience with Fashion GPS preferred
● Exceptional communication and writing skills and experience with pitching
● Attention to detail and consistent follow through
● Ability to multitask, delegate, and manage
● Highly self-motivated, willing to take initiative
● Occasional travel around awards seasons to maximize relationships during key times
Compensation: $45k-$55k depending on experience
