Overview:
Responsible for the overall management of the store boutique, staff, merchandise, and customer service. This role is also responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building a highly motivated team, and developing associates. Opportunities for long-term growth within the company for those who prove to be an excellent fit.

The three main functions and responsibilities of this role are broken out below:
o Branded customer experience and sales generation
o Team leadership
o Store Operations

Customer Experience & Sales Generation
● In-depth knowledge of the merchandise, ensuring selling staff is fluent in all aspects of product knowledge.
● Interact with customers to ensure a great customer experience in a manner that values customers’ time.
● Assist CEO on marketing initiatives to help meet sales targets and growth.
● Achieve personal sales goals.
● Support the development of associates’ sales techniques, ensuring utilization of elevated sales and service levels to maximize sales.
● Building a client book, relationships, and ongoing clienteling.
● Analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs and develop business strategies.
● Demonstrate marketing initiatives to help meet sales targets and growth.
● Assess customers’ needs for customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
● Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
● Facilitate a seamless end-to-end customer experience by conducting accurate and timely customer transactions and executing market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online) according to company standards.
● Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with customers and attend to customer or store needs.
● Receive customer feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for customers.
● Provide out-of-this-world customer service and an amazing in-store experience for a customer.
● Form connections and act as a brand advocate to spread the brand story, awareness, and sales that connect with all people and visitors to the store.
● Ensure handling of all client inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
● Communicate ideas and/or strategies to drive business growth.
● Communicate business needs to the CEO and managers to help support store goals.

Team leadership
● Build and maintain communication with Corporate Office teams, other stores, brands, and local associations.
● Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
● Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal customer experience and support store operations.
● Mentor and grow sales team associates to provide a positive working environment that drives business growth.
● Continually evaluate the performance of associates, providing constant feedback to ensure results.

Store operations
● Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., put items back in place, restock or add depleted items to the floor from inventory, destock or relocate items) according to company standards.
● Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive customer experiences.
● Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the luxury environment of the store.
● Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
● Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.
● Manage inventory by unpacking and prepping new freight and organizing back stock. Restock merchandise on the sales floor.
● Work as a team to create visual displays to highlight new merchandise & running day-to-day operations.
● Ensure pulling/packing/shipping online orders in a timely manner that meets deadlines.
● Pack and unpack shipments, and arrange and move store fixtures.
● Communicate inventory needs to support business goals and objectives.

Compensation
$40,000-$90,000 depending on experience
