How does one start the last day of Paris Fashion Week (and the whole fashion season)? If you’re a celebrity or a Very Important Customer, you put on your best tweed and you head to the Chanel show.
That’s what brand ambassadors like Jennie, Camila Morrone and Penélope Cruz, plus actors like Ariana DeBose, Brie Larson and Hari Nef did on Tuesday morning, reinterpreting the famous fabric in a variety of different ways. Jennie, for one, adapted a Chanel Haute Couture look into a vest-and-shorts set, styled over double-C-covered black tights and knee-high boots; Riley Keough, meanwhile, joined her “Daisy Jones and the Six” co-star Marrone in the front row in a short cream coat worn as a dress with white ankle boots. Also there was the unofficial mayor of Paris Fashion Week, Usher (seriously, he’s been everywhere!), in a black-and-white-checked tweed blazer, white blouse, black trousers and tons of necklaces.
See what all of your favorites wore to the Chanel Spring 2024 show, below.
