ABOUT THE AGENCY
GRAYSCALE, launched in 2015, is a boutique agency representing a range of international clients in the fields of travel, design, fashion and lifestyle. We work closely with our clients to understand their businesses holistically and drive awareness through focused communications and storytelling, strategic partnerships, client development, and community building.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
The AE is responsible for supporting the founder and director in managing the agency’s design and travel clients, which includes strategy formulation, media outreach, supporting on events and activations and maintaining relationships with the media and Grayscale’s community.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively pitch media, focusing on both product and feature stories, ideating creative pitch angles
• Partner with Founder and Director to develop strategy and execute high-level media campaigns, events and product launches
• Assist and support founder and director with pitching/outreach, maintaining calendars, and event support
• Develop and manage client relations and media strategies
• Manage the agency’s social media account
Desired Skills:
• 3-5 years’ experience working in PR and media relations in the lifestyle/consumer brand space
• A comprehensive understanding of the media landscape
• Relationships with media
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality stories in print, online, and broadcast
• Strong connections to top regional and national media with a proven track record of securing both product and feature story coverage
• Experience working with design and lifestyle brands
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors Degree
