Glamour’s annual Women of the Year Awards puts a spotlight on women and allies across industries — from politics to publishing — doing critical advocacy work.
Tuesday night, a buzzy lineup of celebrities gathered on the red carpet for the event, many of them decked out in glittery ensembles. Mary J. Blige wore a Pamella Roland halter neck maxi dress in turquoise sequins with her signature blonde tresses in an updo. Anifa Mvuemba, the designer behind Hanifa, donned a dazzling column dress in fiery red. Others went for feathers and graphic prints, as was the case with Brynn Whitfield’s black-and-white gown and Stacey Bendet’s punchily colored Alice + Olivia ensemble.
