Role Description
Fie Isolde is seeking a full-time, on-site Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team in West Hollywood, CA. As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate at Fie Isolde, you will play a vital role in helping customers discover the perfect piece of jewelry that marks special moments in their lives. Your expertise and dedication will enable customers to make informed decisions by educating clients on Fie Isolde’s unique designs and assist in the sales process. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for shoppers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions and following up with clients, as well as managing inventory and maintaining the store’s visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients.
● Educate customers about the quality, materials, and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry.
● Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that match their preferences and needs.
● Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
● Keep our jewelry displays attractive, organized, and secure
● Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
● Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications
● Prior experience in fine jewelry sales or similar high-end retail sales roles preferred.
● Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
● Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

● Ethical and trustworthy, with a focus on the security of high-value items.
● Proficiency in using a POS system and basic computer skills.
