It’s almost the holidays, which is synonymous with one thing: Cozy season! Sure, you can dial up the glamour for holiday parties, but as a whole, November and December are about piling on your best knits and coats in the hopes of staying warm. And, if you’re Emily Ratajkowski, you pile on your best fuzzy hat, too. The model stepped out in New York City today wearing an extremely plushy topper.
Ratajkowski’s fuzzy brown hat is no ordinary one. It’s by the cool British milliner Emma Brewin, who specializes in faux fur styles. (Dua Lipa and Rihanna are also fans of her designs.) The accessory is like wearing a shearling coat on your head; It’s both snuggly and warm. And given it’s such a statement piece, Ratajkowski styled it with a pretty simple ensemble, which included a leather button-up coat and a classic pair of jeans.
It’s not the only cozy look that Ratajkowski has worn this week, either. Yesterday, the star took a stroll around Manhattan in a color-blocked puffer coat that was reminiscent of the bright neons that were popular back in the ’80s—paired with a bright pink dad cap to match, no less. Clearly, Ratajkowski’s approach to cozy season is all about making bold style statements, be it a giant teddy bear hat or blindingly bright coat. We’re into it.
