LOLA Production is a creative production company offering full-service production for both still and motion shoots of all sizes, specializing in the fashion, lifestyle, beauty and luxury industries. Operating in New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris and Stockholm, we are now looking for a Production Intern with a great interest in fashion and photography to assist our team in New York.
The Job
You will be supporting the Production team in the office with day-to-day responsibilities such as:
– Support with production responsibilities as required based of needs
– Maintain the production kit
– Assist with researching various topics and running errands
– Support with job wrap and billing tasks
– Inventory and replenishment of office supplies and pantry items etc.
– Maintain upkeep and appearance of office, manage ingoing and outgoing packages, order meals and supplies as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fast learner, detail-oriented, attentive, willing to assume any task, no matter how large or small.
Proactive with a willingness to constantly find new solutions and excited to make the most of your time at LOLA.
For the right candidate, there will be great opportunities to gain experience, as well as grow within LOLA Production.
Requirements
– Must be New York based
– Proficiency and knowledge of Google Suite, Keynote and Microsoft Office
– Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
– Proven attention to detail / meticulous mindset with the ability to structure and methodize
– Excellent communication skills
– Self-starter who can work independently without too much direction or help
