For me, there’s something so special about unboxing a new scent, as I personally find fragrance so transformative. Whether I’m having a bad day or need a little boost of confidence, a perfume can totally turn my mood around. From Diptyque to Le Labo and Dior, I’ve tried my fair share of luxury brands over the years, and as a beauty editor, I am lucky enough to get my hands on lots of new launches as well. However, there is one brand in particular that has strangers stopping me on the street to ask me what perfume I am wearing, and that brand is none other than Jo Malone.
This classic, British perfumery creates some of the most beautiful scents on the market, drawing upon a range of ingredients that work harmoniously with each other to leave you feeling uplifted and empowered. Although I have quite a large collection of fragrances from the brand that I rely on for different occasions, there is one particular scent that I come back to time and time again. In fact, this is my most complimented perfume to date. That’s right, I’m talking about English Pear & Freesia.
