Naked dressing has been very in lately: There’s been no shortage of mesh, crochet and lace outfits made to show as much skin as possible. But for his latest runway show, Michael Kors has taken a much more covered-up approach to “nude” dressing.
For his Spring 2024 collection, Kors styled models in overcoats, slip skirts, mini dresses and other head-to-toe monochromatic ensembles that nearly perfectly matched their respective skin tones. It’s certainly one way of re-thinking “naked” dressing, and making it both modest and refined.
